Had to work at awkward angles and never complained once... We could see he took a lot of pride in his work. He was friendly and gave us lots of good tips on how to look after our machine. Both engineers that we met were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and demonstrated how the new oven works and removed all packaging, leaving the workspace in very good shape.
